A residential layout with no grid lighting along its internal roads. Aarve installed pole-mounted all-in-one solar street lights the length of the site, each running on its own panel and battery — no trenching, no cabling back to a meter, and nothing to bill monthly. The photographs after dark show the roads in use.

Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh
A government street-lighting programme across villages around Chittoor, in places where extending the grid was not practical. Each light is self-contained: panel, battery and LED on one pole, charging through the day and running through the night without a connection or a bill.

Bengaluru, Karnataka
A rooftop system in Mylasandra, Bengaluru, built on an elevated structure rather than low frames. Raising the array keeps the terrace usable underneath — for drying, storage or a water tank — which is usually the objection to giving a roof over to solar in the first place.
